This policy explains what personal information RDR Digital L.L.C, Gjilan, Kosovo (“RDR Digital”, “we”, “us”) handles when you visit rdr.digital or contact us, and why.

  • There are no forms on the website. If you email us, we use your message to reply and to discuss your project.
  • We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Information we receive

When you visit the website, the servers that deliver it may record standard technical information in their logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. These logs are used only to keep the website secure and working, and are kept for a limited period.

When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you choose to write, such as details about your business or project.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project with you.
  • To prepare proposals and, if we work together, to deliver and support the work under a separate agreement.
  • To keep the website secure, find faults, and prevent abuse.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and in running a secure website, and on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project correspondence for as long as the working relationship and any legal or accounting obligations require. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.

Who else handles it

Our hosting and email providers process information on our behalf so the website and our email can work. They may not use it for their own purposes. Fonts and images are served from our own website, so viewing a page does not send your information to font or image services.

Links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or the sources cited in our articles, open those sites in a new tab. Their own privacy policies apply once you are there.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Kosovo’s Law on Protection of Personal Data and the EU General Data Protection Regulation where it applies, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. Email info@rdr.digital and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If the website starts using cookies, analytics, or forms, we will update this policy before doing so and ask for consent where the law requires it.
